What am I volunteering for? 

Our first ever THREE18 Rise & Reach Givathon is designed to raise awareness of the ministry, its impact, and global movement. THREE18 Rise & Reach volunteers can play key roles in ensuring the event runs smoothly and successfully. Below you will find a breakdown of how you can assist making this a great event!
​FREE Food & Soft Drinks will be provided throughout the evening! 

THREE18 is hosting the Rise & Reach Giveathon to raise the essential financial support needed to continue serving our local school campuses, community, as well as on a global scale. As a faith-funded 501(c)3 nonprofit, we rely on generous contributions to fulfill our mission, and without this support, we cannot continue the vital work we are called to do.

Volunteer Opportunities & what each volunteer will be doing

Pre-Event Preparation:

1. Set-Up Crew:
   
   • Help arrange tables, chairs, and decorations.
   • Set up signage, banners, or informational booths.
   • Ensure tech equipment (microphones, cameras, livestream gear) is ready and tested.
2. Welcome Team:
   
   • Greet attendees, both in-person and online.
   • Provide information on how to participate in the giveathon.
   • Help direct people to seating or event activities.

During the Event:

1. Livestream/Tech Support:
   
   • Monitor the livestream chat to engage with online viewers and answer questions.
   • Help troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
   • Manage social media posts and updates during the event to increase visibility.
2. Phone Bank Operators:
   
   • Make calls to supporters, encouraging donations.
   • Thank people who’ve already donated and provide updates on the fundraising goal.
3. Social Media Ambassadors:
   
   • Post live updates on social media.
   • Engage with followers by responding to comments, reposting content, and sharing donation links.
   • Use their personal platforms to promote the giveathon.
4. Storytelling Team:
   
   • Share impact stories from THREE18’s outreach in Belize and other local ministries (stories provided).
   • Help capture photos and short videos to share highlights during and after the event.
5. Encouragement Team:
   
   • Cheer on the volunteers, create energy in the room or in the chat.
   • Share positive comments or inspirational messages to keep the momentum up.

​Post-Event:

1. Clean-Up Crew:
   • Assist with breakdown and clean-up of Fellowship Bible Church-Benton. 
   • Pack away any materials or equipment used during the giveathon
